Refund policy

Can I return my order? You have 3 days from the delivery date to request a return. The item must be in its original condition — unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original tags still attached. Items that show signs of use or are missing tags will not be accepted.

Do you accept size exchanges? We accept exchanges only when the error is on our end — meaning we shipped the wrong size. If that happens, contact us immediately and we will resolve it at no cost to you.

Who covers the return shipping cost? If the item is in its original condition and meets our return policy, we cover the shipping cost. If the item shows signs of use or deterioration, the shipping cost is the full responsibility of the customer.
